What should I prepare 13 weeks before my event?
We are now 13 weeks away from your event. It sounds like a lot of time, yet things move very quickly and you have some important deadlines to respect! This week you must absolutely focus on samples. Don’t worry, we’ll walk you through it.
Do you know what products you wish to display at the exhibition?
You need to define now not only which products to display but also how many you need. Will you need spare ones? Are you planning on giving away samples or selling them?
This really depends on your style and industry – some companies like to display their products in mass like if there were in a supermarket or a store. This can be a very good strategy for the buyer to visualize how the product would look like in a real situation.
On the other hand, it can be nice having your product “breath” with some space around. Making them look like masterpieces.
This is truly your choice but both ways you need to have a sample placement map in order to move on.
Now you know which samples you need, how many of them and how to place them. That’s great!
It is time to pack all of these and make sure you also pack any additional item you may need (power plug, adapter, tripod, batteries, etc.).
We wish you the best for your exhibition!
